2012 ENTRY LEVEL REFEREE COURSE

CLINIC 1
The two day Course will be held Sunday, April 22 and Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 8:00am to 4:00pm; Applicants MUST attend both days with no exceptions.
All applicants must be 14 years of age by March 31st 2012.

CLINIC 2
The two day Course will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012 and Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 8:00am to 4:00pm; Applicants MUST attend both days with no exceptions.
All applicants must be 14 years of age by March 31st 2012.

Fee: $55.00 (includes clinic, material and OSA 2012 registration). Cash or cheque payable to Glen Shields Soccer Club.
Registration must be done in person.
Students must present birth certificate when registering.
