Glen Shields 30th Annual Celebration

2012 is a major milestone for Glen Shields and its extended family as we celebrate our 30th Anniversary as a soccer club, having served the families, parents, coaches, managers and athletes of the City of Vaughan and the Thornhill Community since 1982.A number of Club Events to celebrate our 30th will be hosted at various times throughout the year for all ages. Our first major event to kick-off our 30th Anniversary was our Annual Dinner/Dance Gala. It was a night to celebrate the past and embrace the future! A number of announcements were made officially at the Dinner to acknowledge the projects the Club has been committed to achieve.
There is an old proverb stating, 'In the first 30 years of your life you make your habits. For the last 30 years of your life, your habits make you.'
