A Volunteer Opportunity

Conveners are the communication link between the House League Board of Director and the coaches within the age group (most age groups have six teams). We need your time and energy of one hour to communicate by phone or email to six coaches to assist and follow up with any concerns they might have that is not on the website.

Responsibilities include:

• Have they received all their uniforms (do they all fit)
  
  
• Have they received all the soccer balls (one for each player)
  
  
• Communicate any field changes
  
  
• Are the fields safe to play on...any concerns with the field or goal notify Club
  
  
• Communicate any concerns of teams not balanced
  
  
• Communicate to the Club any negative behaviour seen or reported
  
  
• Communication of photo day and times
  
  
• Communication of end of season celebration (enough medals for each team)
