Community Service Hours (High School Students)

The Glen Shields Soccer Club Volunteer Program provides opportunities for high school students within the community and the surrounding areas to complete the compulsory 40 hours of community service a prerequisite for graduation.

Students can make personal contributions of time, energy, and skills to help the organization achieve its mission. These opportunities will be delivered in a planned and deliberate manner that is consistent with the management of the entire organization.

If you are seeking to complete the required number of hours and a sports organization appeals to you, please contact us. Your volunteer time could also allow you to gain experience in the following areas of interest at college/university or in the work force:

• Sports Administration
• Sports & Recreation
• Journalism – interesting stories of achievements and accomplishments
• Photography – action game and practice pictures
• Videographer – taping games and cutting and editing
• Webmaster – improving our site...uploading information etc...
